I also just received my new 8 core and I'm just getting used to Apple now.

It should be fun. It is screaming fast. Not sure I needed the speed but I've been playing with Zbrush lately and I really love it. I think for sculptin digitally, I will need the speed.

I got it refurbished on sale for 1000 off the normal price so I am stoked!
