Azimuth
Painter, Photoshop
September 2007

Azimuth is a word with so many interesting meanings that I decided to do a piece that 'encompasses' them all. Mainly space and navigation as well as Massive artillery batteries and the machines used to drive all of it. The takes place in space, almost of a spaceship but I didn't want it to be that literal. There are all sorts of navigational, astronomical devices as well as artillery and engines to power them embedded within the piece.

If you look up the word Azimuth ion Wikipedia, it explains this piece in more words than I would be allowed but the definition above pretty much sums it up.

This piece was done in Photoshop and later touched up in painter.

Hope you like it.
